Premise Preparation
- Inventory, decorating and adjustment suggestions
- 1st big clean-up
- Photo report
- Welcome basket
- Linen service (sheets, towels, bathmats and dishcloths)
- Restocking kitchen, bathroom and toilet kits
- Provision of 4 sets of keys (2 for your guests, 1 for the manager and 1 for safety in our offices)
Rental Management
- Writing and publishing of your listing on a range of rental platforms
- Pricing optimization by period
- Communication with travellers, check-in and rental confirmation
- Guest reception and handover of keys, departure visit and inventory of fixtures
- Housekeeping and linen replacement (every 3 days)
- Basic maintenance (light bulbs, drain maintenance, Internet access)
- Rental insurance
