- The right to define the fate of Personal Data after death and to appoint (or not) a person to execute these dispositions ( Article 85 of the French Data Protection Act ). In case of death and in the absence of instructions from the User, BLUESIDE HOST undertakes to delete the Personal Data, except when necessary to meet their legal obligations or for evidential purposes.

Finally, any User may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular with the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
Duration of data retention
User’s cookie preferences (both acceptance and refusal) are retained for a period of six (6) months.
The information stored on your device (e.g.: cookies) or any other element used to identify you for audience statistics purposes are not kept for longer than thirteen (13) months, unless your consent is given. This period is not automatically extended when you visit the Website again. However, the information collected through trackers may be kept for a maximum duration of twenty-five (25) months.
